ClickBIM Plugin License Agreement

1. Acceptance and licence
By installing or using the ClickBIM Revit plugin, you accept this agreement. If you act for an organisation, you confirm authority to bind it. Otherwise, do not install or use the plugin. ClickBIM grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your internal work during your authorised trial or paid subscription, subject to the device limits in your order. Autodesk Revit is licensed separately.
2. Subscription and trial
Your order states the monthly subscription price, taxes, billing and renewal terms, device allowance and any trial conditions. Automatic renewal applies only when disclosed and accepted in your order. Request cancellation before renewal using the method in your order or support@clickbim.com; cancellation ends future renewals, not access already paid for. Price changes apply to future terms after notice. Refunds and statutory cancellation rights required by law remain available.
3. Product protection
Do not share licence credentials, exceed device limits, bypass activation or trial restrictions, redistribute the plugin, or reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits. ClickBIM and its licensors retain the plugin and its intellectual property. You retain your project files and model content. Internet access is required for activation and periodic licence checks.
4. Professional responsibility
ClickBIM automates modelling; it does not provide structural calculations, certified engineering, code compliance, or construction approval. You must verify inputs, generated geometry, element placement, quantities and suitability with qualified professionals, and maintain project backups before generation or updates. You are responsible for your families, templates and final deliverables.
5. Privacy and support
Licensing, security and optional support information are handled as described at https://clickbim.com/privacy. Review reports before sending and exclude confidential model information. Updates and support depend on the active subscription and supported Revit versions; specific response times or future features are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing. Third-party components retain their applicable licence terms.
6. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the plugin is supplied as available without warranties of error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted access. ClickBIM excludes indirect and consequential loss, lost profits and loss of data. Its total liability arising from the plugin or this agreement is limited to three times the monthly subscription fee applicable to your order when the event giving rise to the claim occurred. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable mandatory consumer guarantees and remedies in Australia, New Zealand and elsewhere.
7. Suspension and termination
ClickBIM may suspend or end access for non-payment, unlawful use or a material breach, with notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy where appropriate. Access ends when your authorised term expires; stop using the plugin, but your model files remain yours. Intellectual property, responsibility and lawful liability limits survive termination.
8. Law and changes
Florida law governs, and disputes are subject to courts with jurisdiction in Florida, United States, except where mandatory law gives you other rights or a local forum. If a term is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Material changes apply to future subscriptions or releases after notice and any acceptance required by law; they do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
